  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • ½ lime, zested & juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

 

Directions

1) In a tall glass, combine all the ingredients.

2) Mix until fully incorporated.

3) Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold.

4) Insert the sticks and freeze for 2-3 hours until completely solid.

5) Serve.

 

2) Peanut Butter & Raspberry Yogurt Treat

  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 oz fresh raspberries, chopped & frozen

Directions 

1) Combine peanut butter and almond yogurt in a bullet blender.

2) Blend until fully incorporated.

3) Transfer to a serving glass.

4) Top each glass with chopped peanuts and raspberries.

5) Serve immediately.

  2. Mix well and let it freeze for at least 1 hour.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the cream.
