We sat down with a few of our team members and asked them the annual question “What’s your New Year’s resolution?”. Health centered goals are a common thread, yet expressed in a variety of ways. Stress management, family time, cooking at home and spending time outdoors all pop up. Each of these have powerful effects on our mind and body.

Resolutions and goals for 2022

“My goals for 2022 are to be able to provide a real and positive impact on people’s lives by making more people aware of DishQuo and its wellness benefits as well as improving our healthy meal planning solution for the DishQuo community. 

Additionally, I want to incorporate more fun into my fitness routine by adding in boxing classes and also increase my vitality through meal planning, meditation and scheduled recovery.”

“My resolution for 2022 is to become more personally accountable for the goals I want to achieve personally and professionally. Additionally, I aim to make each day count and put forth my best self. Finally, like every year, I travel to a place I’ve never been before.”

 

Jeffery Ayento – Head Recipe Chef

“My New Year’s resolution is to update my culinary repertoire through reading more cookbooks. I’m also focusing on my time management and staying flexible between work and personal life. Lastly, I’m looking forward to eating healthy and becoming fit for both appearance and my inner health.”

 

Kate Roberts – Growth Marketing Manager

My New Year’s resolutions focus on living intentionally and stress management. Planning and organizing our family schedule is a huge goal. Between sports, activities and work, it gets busy. Even with our schedule, I’d like to have more family dinners at home. It’s a goal of mine to carve out this time to relax and connect with each other.

As far as staying active, I’m adding yoga to my weekly routine for increased mindfulness and stress management. I’d also like to create intentional memories with our kids. We got into hiking and kayaking as a family here in Atlanta back in 2020 but it fell away this past year; so I would like to bring that into 2022.”
