    • 1/2 organic mango, deseeded & chopped 
    • 1 cup unsweetened  almond milk 
    • 1 tbsp agave nectar 
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

Directions 

    1. Prepare and weigh the ingredients mentioned above. 
    2. In a blender, combine mangoes, almond milk, and agave nectar. 
    3. Blend until smooth. 
    4. Stir in the chia seeds. 
    5. Place it into a container with a lid. 
    6. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/2 cup sweet onion, sliced
    • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
    • 1/4 tsp cumin
    • 1 tbsp red curry paste
    • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
    • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
    • 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
    • 6 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
    • 1/2 Mango, diced
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper  

Directions

    1. Add oil in a heated skillet over medium heat.
    2. Saute sweet onions and grated ginger for a minute while stirring constantly.
    3. Add cumin red curry paste, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, and lite coconut milk.
    4. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 6 minutes.
    5. Add in peeled shrimp and diced mango.
    6. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
    7. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
    8. Serve immediately.

    • 1/2 organic mango, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 honeycrisp apple, cored & diced
    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh kale greens, destemmed & chopped
    • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
    • 1 tbsp  jalapeno peppers, sliced
    • 1 tbsp dry roasted peanuts , chopped
    • 1/8 cup organic fresh basil
    • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips 
    • ¼ tsp salt

Directions

    1. Combine jalapeno, lime juice, grated ginger, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.

    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • ½ cup red onion, minced
    • 1 tbsp jalapeno peppers, finely minced
    • 1 tbsp organic cilantro, chopped
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

    1. In a salad bowl, combine cooked lentils, diced mango, lime juice, red onions, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
    2. Season the salad with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
    3. Serve immediately.

5. Mango Yogurt Pops
