1 wheat sourdough bread (or bread of your choosing), toasted
1 tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 egg, hardboiled
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 oz arugula

Instructions

  1. Spread the avocado oil mayonnaise on to the toasted wheat sourdough bread.
  2. Top with arugula and avocado slices.
  3. Grate the hardboiled egg and sprinkle salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.
