Tuna Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients

3 small avocados 
1.5 tablespoon lime juice
8 oz can of tuna (in water)
⅓ cup red onion, diced
⅓ cup orange bell pepper, diced
⅓ cup cilantro, chopped
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. In a medium sized bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together until combined. Stuff the avocados with the tuna mixture and serve.
