Strawberry Oats Yogurt Bowl

Whisk.
Medium skillet.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
4 tablespoons slivered almonds
2 tablespoons almond butter

Instructions

In a medium bowl, add the non-dairy yogurt and maple syrup. Whisk until creamy and smooth; set aside. Heat a medium skillet; add the oats and roast them on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the roasted oats and the prepared yogurt mixture on one side of the bowl. Add the freshly sliced strawberries on the other side of the yogurt bowl. Top with almonds and almond butter and serve.
