Ingredients

½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mixed ingredients; mix it thoroughly. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Spread the granola mix into an even layer. Freeze for 15 minutes or until the mix sets. Cut it into 8 equal size bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
