Green Colada Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

6 oz. coconut milk yogurt
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup raw spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup baby kale, stems removed
½ cup lite coconut milk
2 teaspoon chia seeds
2 dates, pits removed

 

Instructions

Place the coconut milk yogurt, pineapple, spinach, kale, coconut milk, chia seeds, and dates in a blender. Start blender at lowest setting and gradually increase to half power; process for 2 minutes or until very smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and serve. Top with additional pineapple and chia seeds if desired.
